Hiring Customer Service (Entry Level)

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Salary: RM1,900 – RM2,800 (basic + allowance)

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Respond to customer questions regarding products and services.
• Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints professionally.
• Provide accurate information and suitable solutions.
• Record and update customer interactions in the system.
• Follow up on customer enquiries when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Malaysian candidates only.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work on a rotational shift schedule.
• Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
