About the Role

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join the Personal Wealth Banking team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with personal banking customers.
• Understand customers' financial needs, goals, and preferences.
• Recommend suitable banking, financial planning, and wealth management products.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and develop business.
• Work towards individual sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Ensure customer documentation and financial advisory activities comply with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree
• Open to entry level candidates and individuals with up to 5 years of working experience.
• Candidates from different academic and professional backgrounds are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in banking, sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Comfortable working towards sales targets and handling customer enquiries and objections.
• Strong interest in banking, financial advisory, and wealth management.
