About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised intern to support our Operations Team with day-to-day administrative tasks and data entry. This role is suitable for students who are keen to gain practical experience in operations, inventory management and business administration.
Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and update operational records in Excel and internal systems.
Maintain accurate inventory, stock movement and sales records.
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of operational reports and spreadsheets.
Verify data and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
Assist with general administrative tasks and other ad hoc operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Meticulous, organised and able to work with numerical data.
Responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
