Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of HR functions
• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee data
• Support performance appraisal and employee development plans
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Assist in payroll processing and HR reporting
• Manage employee records and expense claims
• Manange email account
• Maintain proper filing system, documentation, and database of employees and work permit holders
• Support ad-hoc duties, projects and coordinate company activities as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ HR experience (HR executive or above level preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous with good organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity
• Good knowledge of local regulatory requirements is preferred
