To implement and execute the maintenance activities of E&E highway operation specifically in Street Lighting System and M&E Building Services accordance to the establish procedures. To coordinate and monitor of day-to-day information Street Lighting System and M&E Building Operation operation, to ensure a consistently high level of services to Street Lighting and M&E Services. Assist in timely and efficient manner on support to the Street Lighting and M&E Building servic

License/Certification:

• B2,D (Preferred)

• Wireman qualifications (PW2/PW4/A1 chargeman)

Key Responsibilities:

• To lead the in house maintenance team to perform routine maintenance and 1st level troubleshooting works for Street Lighting and Building Services M, E&E system.

• To register with Suruhanhjaya Tenaga (ST) exclusively.

• To execute guidelines, procedures and technical standard in maintaining effective M,E&E Department Assets routine and corrective maintenance programmed.

• To troubleshoot M,E&E assets system and equipment problems as reported by end users or authorities

• To supervise the M, E&E contractors in services to the company

• To coordinate and work together with other units/department in ensuring minimum M, E&E Assets System downtime to end users

• To identify specific M, E&E assets system and equipment problem that require urgent rectification.

• To assist M, E&E Executive/ Head in conducting investigation /study on technical issues/problems faced by M,E&E department.

• To prepare documentation, reports and material as requested by superior / managements.

• To monitor spare parts quantity and to ensure spare parts quantities are sufficient in order to carry out any repair works.

• Maintain liaison with Government Authorities i.e Lembaga Lebuhraya Malaysia (LLM), Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) and other related parties in order to provide effective and excellent highway services to meet needs and expectations of highway users.

• To perform other duties as instructed by supervisor or other senior management.
