Key Responsibilities

  • Assist General Manager in developing the hotel revenue strategy, including business mix, pricing structures and seasonal rate strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze hotel performance indicators, including Average Daily Rate (ADR), occupancy, Revenue per Available Room (RevPAR) and market penetration, to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, room availability and demand patterns to support effective pricing and business decisions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate revenue forecasts by room type, market segment and business date, using booking pace, pickup trends, upcoming events and revenue management system recommendations.
  • Make daily pricing and inventory management decisions to optimize room revenue, profitability and overall hotel performance.
  • Manage room availability, rate restrictions, group quotations and distribution channels in line with the hotel's revenue strategy.
  • Ensure revenue strategies and pricing decisions are implemented accurately across Reservations, Front Office and relevant distribution systems, including PMS, TARS and RMS.
  • Conduct regular revenue and yield meetings with the General Manager and key department heads to review performance, discuss business opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Front Office teams to optimize business mix, strengthen distribution performance, and maximize revenue potential.
  • Provide coaching and training to hotel team members to strengthen revenue management knowledge and promote a revenue-focused culture across the hotel.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (Preferred)
