Job Summary
You will support local, office, and corporate moves by managing communications, preparing documents, coordinating teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and clearly to telephone and email enquiries to support client communication
Coordinate and arrange surveys to assess moving requirements accurately
Prepare detailed quotations and tender documents to facilitate sales processes
Maintain professional correspondence with clients and assist the sales team to ensure smooth operations
Develop and deliver move presentations to clients or internal teams
Manage move projects by coordinating tasks and timelines to meet client expectations
Organize and prepare folders containing all necessary documents for each move
Handle MCST / PTW documentation when applicable to comply with regulations
Update internal systems and liaise with Sales Personnel, Operations Staff, and Warehouse Staff to resolve move-related matters efficiently
Close files by verifying all documents are complete and payments are received to finalize moves
Perform ad-hoc tasks related to local, office, and corporate moves as required
Ensure all activities comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards to maintain quality and industry best practices
Required competencies and certifications
GCE "O" Level or higher, or Nitec certification
Minimum 2 years of administration experience demonstrating accuracy and independence
Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated through effective communication with clients and team members
