8+ years of UI/UX experience (including 2-3+ years in a leadership role) and a strong portfolio; proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools

Good to have: public sector experience, familiarity with Singpass/GovTech initiatives, knowledge of service design
Drive the end-to-end design process: research, journey mapping, prototyping, usability testing, and developer handover
Conduct user research with diverse citizen groups
Translate policy intent and complex processes into simple, intuitive user experiences
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, policy officers, and agency stakeholders in Agile teams
Present design rationale and progress to senior management; use data and analytics to measure outcomes and iterate
