Job Description
Assemble mechanical component from module level to machine level, performing time adjustment and machine testing process.
Perform assembly work according to Work Instruction as per training provided
Ensure product assembled meets customer specifications & expectations
Maintain workplace safety, cleanliness and tidiness.
Maintain tools and equipment for production use.
Assist in material handling and kitting, whenever required.
Ensure product assembly meets or better than targeted completion time/ date.
Conduct simple tooling daily checks.
Records data required for statistical process control, production related reports and inventory management.
Report to immediate supervisor for non-conformity, if any.
Willing to work extra hours or on weekends, if required
Other duties as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
Nitec or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or equivalent
EAB/EAS certification
Experience and knowledge in the field of contract manufacturing is preferred.
Minimum 3 years of working experience n technical assembly work.
O level with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
Honest, good attitude and teamwork.
Quick learner with good quality mindset and can-do attitude
Hands-on skill in mechanical and/ or electrical assembly
