Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Retail Credit Delivery Lead (Project Manager - Business Analyst) di Eames Consulting - Maukerja

I'm partnering with a leading bank in Singapore on a senior hire for its Retail Credit change function.

You'll be the most senior person in a small team, leading a couple of colleagues while delivering credit projects end to end. Much of the current book is system replacement and upgrade work, so strong delivery matters more than project type.

What you'll need:

- Around 10 years in retail credit across lending and cards: origination, underwriting, decisioning, collections or portfolio management

- Solid end-to-end delivery of credit system implementations

- Strong functional analysis skills, turning business needs into clear requirements

- Confidence managing scope, risk, governance and business cases

- Comfort with a wide range of stakeholders, working independently

Banking or consultancy backgrounds welcome.

Applicants must already have the right to work in Singapore.
