Job Purpose
The RPA Platform Administrator owns the stability, performance and governance of the Bank's UiPath RPA production platform. As the final production gatekeeper for all bots delivered by the RPA development team, this role decides what is ready to go live and ensures every production bot runs reliably within agreed service levels.
The role manages licences, deployments, Orchestrator administration, the RPA output drive, ticket management and disaster recovery readiness. It also leads change requests on existing bots and shapes new RPA initiatives from the start, giving it a complete view of the Bank's automation estate.
Key Responsibilities
Production Gatekeeping & Deployment
- Act as the final production gatekeeper for all bots delivered by the RPA development team, reviewing production readiness and approving go-live with the developer and business owner.
- Deploy new bots and updates from UAT into production, including packages, environments, assets, queues and schedules, in line with the Bank's change management process.
- Validate bot configurations and dependencies before release, and maintain version control and deployment records.
Bot Operations & Monitoring

- Manage bot schedules, queues and triggers, and start or stop bots as required to ensure timely execution.
- Optimise robot allocation and capacity across environments.
Licence Management

RPA Output Drive Management
- Manage the RPA output drive, including folder structure, access rights, retention, purging and storage capacity.
- Safeguard confidential customer data in line with the Bank's information security and PDPA requirements.
Ticket & Incident Management
- Own RPA ticket management: log, triage, prioritise and track incidents and service requests to agreed SLAs.
- Investigate and resolve bot failures, exceptions and runtime errors, escalating to developers with clear diagnostics.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and report ticket trends to management.
Environment, Access & Security
- Manage Orchestrator environments (Development, Test, Production).
- Configure roles, permissions, credentials and assets for secure bot operations, in compliance with security and governance standards.
- Coordinate with application owners on system changes, password rotations and maintenance windows that affect bots.
Disaster Recovery Readiness
- Maintain Orchestrator DR readiness and up-to-date DR system details within all production bots.
- Execute bot switchover and take part in scheduled DR drills.
Change Requests & New Initiatives
- Lead change requests on existing production bots, from impact assessment through testing and deployment.
- Assess the feasibility, effort and production readiness of new RPA initiatives from the early stages, ensuring new bots are supportable and compliant.
Reporting & Governance
