Career Zoom is partnering with an international asset servicing organisation to recruit a Senior Analyst – Investor Onboarding for its Singapore team.

This role will manage the onboarding of individual and institutional investors, including offshore and foreign investors, and support ongoing investor servicing across investment fund structures. The successful candidate will work closely with investment managers, compliance teams, fund administrators, custodians and banking partners.

The opportunity is well suited to an investor services or fund operations professional who combines hands-on KYC and due diligence experience with an understanding of fund subscriptions and investor transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage investor onboarding from initial documentation through completion, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and monitoring agreed turnaround times.

• Review onboarding documentation for individual and non-individual investors, including institutional and offshore investors.

• Perform customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, beneficial ownership verification, sanctions and adverse media screening, and source-of-wealth or source-of-funds reviews, as applicable.

• Coordinate with compliance teams on risk assessments, onboarding exceptions, escalations and regulatory queries.

• Liaise with investment managers, fund administrators, custodians, banks and other service providers regarding investor onboarding and account-opening requirements.

• Maintain accurate investor records and support periodic KYC reviews and ongoing monitoring.

• Support fund subscription processes, including documentation and coordination of relevant operational requirements.

• Assist with investor communications, transaction confirmations and ongoing servicing.

• Support investor lifecycle activities such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, capital calls and distributions.

• Maintain and improve onboarding checklists, process notes and records to support consistent execution and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Experience in investor onboarding, investor services, transfer agency, fund operations or a related KYC/AML role within investment funds or financial services.

• Hands-on experience with customer due diligence, beneficial ownership verification and risk-based onboarding processes.

• Exposure to investment fund subscriptions or ongoing investor servicing.

• Working knowledge of Singapore AML/CFT requirements and investor onboarding practices.

• Strong attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to coordinate across teams and jurisdictions.

Preferred

• Experience supporting private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, VCCs or other alternative investment structures.

• Familiarity with FATCA, CRS, sanctions screening and source-of-wealth or source-of-funds reviews.

• Experience working with fund managers, administrators, custodians or institutional investors.
