Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance or any related field.
• Computer literate
• Working Location: HQ, Tmn Berkeley, Klang

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain financial data in the system accurately
• Update and manage financial records on an ongoing basis
• Assist with monthly expense payments, including office expenses, maintenance fees, utilities, and other related costs
• Support budget preparation or financial planning activities
• Calculate, verify supplier invoices for payment processing
• Monitoring the financial transactions
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior or manager
