Kerja Kontrak Banking Officer - Wholesale Loan Operations Centre (WLOC) - 6 Months Contract, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di Prospect Workforce Solution Sdn. Bhd. WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

• Diploma/Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in banking operations, loan operations, credit administration, or trade/financial operations is an advantage.

• Good understanding of loan/financing processes and banking documentation.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Job responsibilities :

• Process and maintain wholesale/commercial loan facilities after approval.

• Review loan documentation to ensure all required documents are complete.

• Perform loan drawdown, repayment, disbursement, and settlement activities.

• Set up and maintain loan accounts and facility details in the bank's system.

• Monitor loan conditions, documentation, and outstanding requirements.

• Calculate and process interest, fees, charges, and repayments.

• Handle loan amendments, restructuring, refinancing, and facility changes.

• Liaise with Relationship Managers, Credit, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and customers to resolve operational issues.

• Ensure transactions comply with the bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Perform reconciliation and investigate discrepancies or errors.

• Maintain proper records and documentation for audit purposes.

• Meet agreed service levels (SLA) and processing turnaround times.

• Support internal and external audits when required.

Job Details :

• Working days: Monday – Friday

• Working hours: 8.45 AM – 5.45 PM

• Working Location: Jalan Raja Laut, Kuala Lumpur (nearby LRT Bandaraya)

• Salary : RM2,800 - RM3,000
