Administer & govern the Company’s Branding Guidelines when executing creative design production, and actively advocate and educate across TERAS on the proper use of Company Branding

Own & manage inventory of brand & product related creative assets, facilitating access request from internal stakeholders within TERAS & PLUS, and external stakeholders such as event organizers or partners

Manage availability, subscription & license maintenance of all software or applications required for team to carry out marketing responsibilities

Lead creative production of brand related visualization such as business cards, staff ID cards, powerpoint templates, company profiles.

Lead in planning and managing the annual marketing events calendar

Lead coordination with marketing suppliers and event organizers, in executing delivery of planned marketing deliverables, including event preparation coordination with internal stakeholders within TERAS

Propose, plan, execute, and maintain company’s digital communication channels such as corporate website, social media accounts, corporate enquiries email to ensure the latest corporate information are well provided for the viewer.

Continuously perform research on latest effective and appropriate digital marketing and communication trends, to improve the effectiveness of the company’s digital communication channels

Propose, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns through search engine optimization, search engine marketing or social media marketing initiatives

Supervise execution of all marketing administrative processes, recommending best approach for rest of team to follow, to meet business and governance requirements.
