Job Scope:Oversee daily production operations of the workshop, ensuring timely completion of production targets with high quality.
Ensure strict compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and Singapore Health Sciences Authority (HSA) regulations.
Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and meet cost-control objectives.
Lead and manage the production team, including training, performance evaluation, and staff allocation, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Maintain production records and documentation, ensuring full traceability of all products.
Collaborate with QA and QC departments to resolve technical issues and support regulatory inspections, process validation, equipment commissioning, and SOP development/updating.
Job Requirements:
Worked as production supervisor in any industries
Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) as all documentation and paperwork are in Mandarin.
Proactive and self-motivated, able to take initiative and identify tasks independently.
