Experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager, or in large-scale restaurant operations is preferred.

Experience in hot pot restaurants, high-end dining establishments, or hotel F&B; operations is preferred.

Strong team management, communication, coordination, cost-control, and execution skills.

Familiar with outlet preparation, opening procedures, team building, and daily operations management.

Responsible, able to work well under pressure, and comfortable working in a fast-paced F&B; environment.

Minimum Diploma qualification.

Expected Start Date: Within 1 month

Location: Jalan P. Ramlee, KLCC

Working Hours: 3-shift work system with 4 rest days per month

Salary: From RM6,000/month

Oversee the overall operations of the outlet during the pre-opening preparation stage and after its official opening.

Coordinate the daily operations of the front-of-house, kitchen, customer service, human resources, and purchasing departments.

Develop and implement service standards, management policies, operational procedures, and staff training plans.

Ensure business targets are achieved while controlling operating costs, managing employees, and improving service quality.

Handle major customer complaints, emergencies, and daily operational issues.

Regularly report the outlet's operational performance and provide recommendations for improvement
