Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, or a related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 1–2 years of purchasing, procurement, or logistics experience are also welcome.

Basic knowledge of procurement processes and supplier coordination is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Exposure to ISO standards and documentation practices will be an added advantage.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu to effectively communicate with suppliers and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in sourcing, identifying, and evaluating local and international suppliers to support procurement needs.

Support the purchasing process, including Request for Quotation (RFQ), price comparison, Purchase Order (PO) issuance, and delivery coordination.

Follow up with suppliers on orders, delivery schedules, and documentation to ensure timely supply.

Assist in monitoring supplier performance, product quality, and delivery timelines.

Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure proper filing of procurement documents.

Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies, ISO requirements, and internal procedures.

Coordinate with logistics providers and suppliers on import shipments, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.

Work closely with internal departments to support operational and production requirements.
