Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English with students, universities and partner teams.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, especially when handling applications and documentation.

Strong at following up, tracking progress and ensuring tasks are completed.

Comfortable managing multiple applications, deadlines and updates while keeping everything organised.

Responsible, proactive and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Someone who takes initiative and keeps things moving without needing constant reminders.

Willing to work on-site in Bandar Sunway and travel when required.

Manage and support the student application journey, from initial enquiry through to university enrolment.

Review documents, entry requirements and prior learning information to ensure all details are accurate.

Coordinate communication between students, universities and internal teams throughout the application process.

Ensure important application updates and university changes are communicated to the relevant parties in a timely manner.

Monitor pending tasks and follow up accordingly to ensure nothing is overlooked or left incomplete.

Track EMGS visa progress and follow up with universities or relevant parties when necessary.

Maintain student records, application timelines and updates so that all information remains accurate, organised and up to date.

Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support the team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Manage multiple applications simultaneously while staying focused on deadlines, progress and details.

Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and share ideas that can make the team’s work more efficient.
