Job Summary
We are hiring a Food Outlet Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, manage manpower scheduling, coordinate with suppliers for events, and collaborate on promotions to enhance customer experience and business growth.
Responsibilities
Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
Schedule and manage weekly manpower rosters to optimize staff deployment and productivity
Coordinate with beverage suppliers to organize and execute wine pairing events that enhance customer engagement
Collaborate with management to strategize and implement promotions and marketing campaigns that drive sales
Conduct stock take and manage supplies ordering to maintain inventory accuracy and availability
Handle customer requests and feedback professionally to ensure high satisfaction and service quality
Work closely with the kitchen team to introduce special and festive menus aligned with current F&B trends
Adapt operational strategies based on relevant F&B industry trends to maintain competitiveness
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in restaurant pre-opening activities to support launch readiness and operational setup
At least 5 years of experience in the F&B industry with a minimum of 3 years in a restaurant manager or assistant manager role
