1. Production Operations

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily glove production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Ensure production runs efficiently, minimizing downtime and waste.
• Supervise production lines and operators to ensure adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
• Work closely with maintenance and quality teams to resolve equipment or process issues promptly.

2. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all gloves produced meet required specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
• Implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), ISO, and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality.

3. Process & Efficiency Improvement

• Analyze production data and recommend process improvements for cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
• Support automation initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Monitor raw material usage and ensure minimal wastage.

4. People Management

• Supervise and motivate line leaders and operators to achieve production goals.
• Conduct training and ensure staff competency in operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Schedule shifts and manage manpower according to production needs.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Maintain accurate production records, downtime logs, and process documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
