Role: ArcGIS Senior/ Lead FME Technical Consultant

Required Skills and Qualifications

GIS Strategy & Leadership

• Define and drive enterprise GIS roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.

• Provide geospatial technology leadership and strategic advisory services to business stakeholders.

• Lead GIS digital transformation initiatives and modernization programs.

• Establish GIS governance, standards, best practices, and operating procedures.

Solution Architecture & Design

• Architect enterprise GIS platforms using technologies such as:

o ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise

o ArcGIS Pro

o FME

o ArcGIS Workflow manager

• Design scalable GIS architectures for cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.

• Define spatial data models, integration frameworks, and enterprise geodatabases.

Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end GIS project delivery including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

• Manage multiple geospatial projects and ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

• Conduct solution reviews and provide technical governance.

Spatial Data Management

Team Leadership

• Mentor GIS analysts, developers, and consultants.

• Establish technical standards and review deliverables.

• Support resource planning and capability development.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of GIS consulting and implementation experience.

• At least 8+ years in Enterprise GIS architecture and solution design.

• Experience delivering large-scale GIS programs with multiple stakeholders.

• Proven experience in cloud migration, GIS modernization, and enterprise integrations.

• Strong leadership and client-facing consulting experience.
