We Are Inviting Candidates For The Position Of
IT Manager
The IT Manager reports to the SEA Regional HQ CFO and manages and provides hardware & software maintenance, troubleshooting, consultation and recommendations about future planning and development of resources.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing leadership in the planning, implementation and management of IT infrastructure and end user support in alignment with the Company’s business objectives
- Management of all networks, servers, client desktops, email system, IT security, IT Policy, IP telephony and IT assets
- Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with the latest hardware and software
- Monitor and maintain technology to ensure maximum access
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with minimum 3 solid years of relevant experience in the IT field
- Proficient knowledge on troubleshooting, networks, network administration and network installation for Mac OS and Windows OS (Apple & Microsoft system license preferred)
- An excellent team player with excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, organizing skills and supervisory skills
- Strong sense of responsibility with high urgency
- Demonstrates excellent time management with ability to multi-task and ensure tasks and/or assignments are completed within the given timeline
- Good written and spoken English is a must; additional language such as Korean will be an added advantage
- Ability to handle stress in a fast paced environment
