About the Roles

Join as a Sales Executive (Flooring Solutions) based at Midview City, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in a permanent role. The package includes basic salary, commission, AWS, transport allowance, and a Shell Card, offering a rewarding opportunity for sales professionals interested in flooring solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identify and engage potential customers, understand their flooring needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Present flooring solutions and explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide relevant product information.
• Prepare quotations and sales proposals according to customer requirements.
• Follow up on sales opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets.
• Keep updated on flooring trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
• Coordinate with installation teams on project requirements, deliveries, and installation schedules.
• Follow up with customers after project completion to collect feedback and provide support.
• Manage social media marketing activities and respond to online enquiries.
• Promote flooring products through relevant social media channels.
• Maintain sales records, project documentation, and related administrative work.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Knowledge of flooring products is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented and able to work towards sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable handling both indoor and outdoor sales activities.
