Job Responsibilities

* Manage daily operations of Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop accounts.

* Maintain product listings, pricing, stock information, promotions and vouchers.

* Handle customer enquiries, monitor orders and coordinate with the warehouse.

* Prepare sales reports and monitor product and marketplace performance.

* Use spreadsheets and AI tools to assist with reporting and identify sales trends.

* Coordinate with the marketing team to implement online campaigns.

Job Requirement

* Experience managing Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop is preferred.

* Familiar with marketplace operations, promotions and customer service.

* Basic Excel or Google Sheets skills and ability to interpret sales data.

* Organised, responsive, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

* Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate: A reliable, hands-on e-commerce operator who can manage daily marketplace activities efficiently and follow up on issues proactively.
