Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals to join our Outbound Calling team. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, generating qualified leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting business growth through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and decision-makers.
• Identify customer requirements and qualify leads based on project criteria.
• Schedule appointments, demos, or follow-up discussions for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and support.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in handling outbound sales and customer conversations.
• Good listening, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.

Eligibility:

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
• Candidates with experience in Sales, Customer Service, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Telecalling, BPO, or Business Development will be preferred.

For International Process:

• Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Experience in B2B outreach, appointment setting.

For Domestic Process:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and/or regional languages.
• Experience in domestic sales, customer support, or telecalling is preferred.
