DM Dasher Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Repair Technician (Smart Home Appliances) to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in delivering quality repair and maintenance services to our customers.

As a Senior Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining home appliances, ensuring that our service standards meet the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction. This role is integral to maintaining our competitive edge in the fast-paced e-commerce and consumer electronics sector.

• Identifying the root cause of appliance issues and carrying out effective repairs to meet service expectations.
• Performing hands-on maintenance and repair work across a variety of home appliances to keep them running at their best.
• Upholding high service standards to ensure every customer leaves with a positive and reliable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and assess customers' appliances to accurately diagnose the root cause of faults or breakdowns.
• Carry out maintenance and repair work on a range of home appliances including robot vacuums, air purifiers, and wet and dry vacuums.
• Provide customers with estimated repair or replacement costs before proceeding with any work.
• Replace or restore faulty appliance components once the customer has given the green light.
• Guide customers on the proper use and upkeep of their appliances to prevent future issues.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of all parts and materials used throughout the repair or maintenance process.
• Manage billing, collect payments, and provide after-sales support to ensure a complete and satisfying service experience.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and able to manage tasks independently with minimal oversight.
• Well-versed in product knowledge and comfortable working within established standard operating procedures.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage challenging customer situations with professionalism and composure.
• Approaches work with a can-do attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
• Comfortable working with basic Microsoft Excel for record-keeping and documentation purposes.
• Proficient in English and a second language, both spoken and written.
