We are looking for a new team member withstrong management experience and good interpersonal skills to run all aspectsof our membership programs. The tasksrange from managing the membership database and invoicing to developing ourrelationship with Asia’s top executives by email, phone, and face-to-face atour sessions. The role will suitsomeone who enjoys working with a small, motivated team on fascinating businesstopics with senior executives. The role reportsto the Singapore General Manager and sits alongside other team members handlingsales, marketing, forum production, and office support. We are based in Raffles Place and workclosely with IMA’s teams in Shanghai and Hong Kong. We use MS Office, SalesForce, and Xero.
Job Summary
The Membership Manager leads member engagement and renewal income by managing pricing, invoicing, and receivables. Collaborates with senior management to plan business growth and supports delivery of forum sessions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute member engagement strategies to maintain high renewal rates and satisfaction
Manage pricing plans, invoicing processes, and receivables to ensure consistent income stream delivery
Collaborate with senior management to analyze business performance and contribute to growth planning
Coordinate with team members to support the successful delivery of all forum sessions
IMA ASIA PTE. LTD. is an economics forecasting and peer group business that is focussed on the Asia Pacific region. We publish a monthly analysis of 14 Asia Pacific countries and run meetings in Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Sydney and Melbourne for our clients to discuss the forecasts and business environment.
Our clients are the Asia Pacific heads of international and multi-national companies.
