Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and good at handling data.

Experience in manufacturing or factory clerical work is an advantage.

Willing to work on the production floor to understand and follow up on operational processes

Able to communicate Mandarin.

Prepare, organize, and update production floor SOPs.

Compile and record daily production data and prepare reports.

Update LMW bonded warehouse records and liaise with Customs (no experience required).

Maintain and verify purchasing, sales, and related account records.

Organize and file relevant documents and records.

Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.
