Job Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the school according to the school's policies and quality standards;
- Communicate with parents effectively, and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents.
- Guide and mentor teachers to raise the standard and performance of the school
- Plan, develop and implement the programme, curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment.
- Lead the overall vision, culture, and academic direction of the school
- Support sustainable growth and high-quality educational outcomes policies and ensure full implementation across the school
- Any other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (Master’s degree preferred)
- Teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an international school in a senior leadership position (Principal, Vice Principal, or Head of School level).
- Strong knowledge of: Cambridge International Curriculum (Primary, Lower Secondary, IGCSE)
- Proven experience in international school leadership
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to lead school growth and drive academic excellence
