Job Description
To prepare M&E works schedule based on the project master schedule
To monitor the shop drawings and material submission
To check & verified that M&E drawing is compliant to authorities’ requirements
To check M&E drawings and highlight if there are discrepancies and/or conflicts with the architectural and structural elements
To prepare progress report
To coordinate between sub-contractors and project team to ensure smooth delivery of work including resolution of design and construction issues
To monitor the installation work as per coordinated
Responsible in conduct inspection &/or testing of building works and documented inspection records upon verification by RE/RTO
Follow up on necessary rectification work & other follow up tasks.
To monitor all sub-contractor to provide drawing as per coordinated
To guide M&E supervisor on site work as per coordinated
Requirements
Min. of 3-5 years relevant experience in the Singapore Construction Industry
Recognised Degree/Diploma in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
