Immediate Hiring: Outlet Manager

Location: JIBRIL SS15

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Outlet Manager to lead our outlet operations and team. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong people management skills, operational discipline and the ability to drive sales performance while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain consistent food, beverage and customer service standards.
• Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, attendance, discipline and team performance.
• Lead, coach and develop team members to improve productivity, service quality and teamwork.
• Drive sales performance and implement initiatives to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor and control operational costs, including labour, inventory and wastage.
• Ensure compliance with Company SOPs, policies and operational standards.
• Manage customer feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness, facilities and overall presentation.
• Conduct regular operational checks and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control and ordering to minimize wastage and shortages.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards are consistently maintained.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to enhance outlet performance.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales, operational and performance reports to management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management position.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good business awareness with a results-driven mindset.
• Able to make sound decisions, solve problems and handle challenging situations independently.
• Well-organized, disciplined and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Hands-on, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accountability and ownership.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
