Job Summary
Manage store inventory and sales cash handling to ensure accurate stock levels and quality control. Maintain detailed records of stock, consumption, and expenditures while verifying incoming materials against documentation.
Responsibilities
Manage store inventory by tracking stock levels and handling sales cash accurately
Receive and distribute stock to maintain adequate quantities at all times
Maintain optimal stock levels to support store operations efficiently
Record stock usage and consumption to monitor inventory flow
Inspect incoming materials for quality by comparing them against invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips
Document receipt of items clearly against each invoice for accurate record-keeping
Update and maintain records of goods received and issued to ensure inventory accuracy
Prepare expenditure reports and monthly stock reports to support financial tracking
Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support store operations
