Mapletree Media is hiring an SEO Content Specialist to create SEO-optimised content for our clients, Beauty Insider, and Glitz across Malaysia and Singapore.

What You'll Do

• Write four SEO-optimised blog articles per month for each assigned client.
• Write special reports, PR articles, advertorials, and campaign and award content.
• Research keywords, search intent, competitors, and content opportunities.
• Optimise blog articles, product detail pages (PDPs), and website content to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Optimise content for Google rankings, AI Overviews, AEO, and AI search.
• Edit, proofread, and fact-check content for accuracy, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Refresh, clean up, and optimise existing articles, advertorials, and special reports.
• Improve on-page SEO, including headings, meta descriptions, FAQs, and internal linking.
• Work closely with the SEO and editorial teams to meet deadlines.

Who We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in SEO writing, content marketing, or digital publishing.
• Strong English writing, editing, research, and proofreading skills.
• Good understanding of SEO, keyword optimisation, search intent, and AEO.
• Able to write engaging content across different brands and industries.
• Familiar with SEO tools and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
• Organised, detail-oriented, independent, and able to manage deadlines.
• Takes full ownership of work and maintains high content quality.

Bonus Skills

• Experience writing beauty, wellness, healthcare, lifestyle, or e-commerce content.
• Familiar with WordPress, Shopify, Rank Math, GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
• Experience optimising blog content, PDPs, and existing pages to improve organic performance.
