Key Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and measure quantities from architectural, structural and other relevant construction drawings.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and other quantity take-off documents in accordance with project requirements.
• Review and interpret tender documents, contracts, technical specifications, contractual terms and related documentation.
• Analyse quotations, prices and unit rates; prepare rate build-ups and cost estimates for tendering and project evaluation.
• Administer contractual matters, including progress payment valuations, variation claims and related assessments in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate and carry out tendering activities for new projects, including preparing tender submissions, reviewing quotations and compiling relevant documentation.
• Provide quantity surveying, costing and contract-related support for the business activities of the holding company, where required.
• Work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with colleagues and relevant stakeholders.
• Complete assigned responsibilities within agreed deadlines and project constraints.
• Participate in appropriate company activities and initiatives, including corporate social responsibility and charitable events, as required.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to the company's business operations and assigned responsibilities.
