Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and organizing legal files, contracts, and other documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain updated records in document management systems.
• Handle general correspondence, including preparing letters, memos, and emails.
• Coordinate meetings, deadlines, and document submissions with internal teams and external law firms.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of legal documents, both physical and electronic.
• Support the legal team in monitoring contract renewals and compliance deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive legal and corporate information.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience, preferably in a legal, banking, or corporate environment.
• Basic understanding of legal or compliance documentation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
