About the Role
We are looking for a friendly and responsible Admin cum Customer Service team member to support customer enquiries, administrative work, and daily branch operations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM qualification.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Melayu.

  • Good communication and customer-service skills.

  • Responsible, organised, and able to work well in a team.

Tanggungjawab

  • Welcome and assist customers professionally.

  • Respond to customer enquiries in-store and via WhatsApp.

  • Handle basic administrative and documentation work.

  • Key in customer and transaction information accurately.

  • Follow up with customers when required.

  • Assist with cashier duties and daily branch operations.

  • Prepare simple daily reports and records.

  • Maintain proper filing and documentation.

  • Work closely with the branch team to ensure smooth operations.
