Job Summary

Join East Asia Research as a Part-Time Conference Helper to support the smooth running of an international academic conference, engaging with delegates and assisting with event operations from 8 to 11 Dec 2026.

Responsibilities

• Greet and guide conference delegates & ensure timely session starts
• Monitor and manage session timing to keep the conference program on schedule
• Capture key moments by taking photos during the event for documentation
• Assist the conference team with assigned ad hoc tasks to support event operations
• Coordinate with team members to maintain the smooth flow of the conference program
• Communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse, multicultural audience
• Demonstrate punctuality and reliability to fulfill scheduled duties effectively

• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with delegates and team members

• Event Dates: 8–11 Dec 2026 (8:30 AM–6:00 PM) plus briefing on 7 Dec 2026 (2:00 PM–5:00 PM)
• Location: Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium, Singapore
