Your Responsibilities

• Lead daily showroom operations and maintain high standards of customer service.

• Coach and motivate your team to achieve sales and productivity targets.

• Plan staff schedules and support recruitment and team development.

• Manage inventory, oversee sales transactions and ensure accurate reporting.

• Coordinate promotions and develop strategies to grow branch sales.

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

• Maintain showroom presentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in retail or the jewellery industry.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a showroom independently.

• Experience in leading teams and achieving sales targets.

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are an advantage.
