About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Registered Qualified Individual (RQI) who is currently registered with ACRA
.
The successful candidate will play a key role in our CSP operations and will be responsible for handling and supervising corporate services for our clients, including company incorporation, ACRA/Bizfile transactions, corporate secretarial matters, statutory compliance and ongoing corporate administration.
The role will involve working directly with clients and our internal team to ensure that client companies are properly maintained and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the company's
Registered Qualified Individual (RQI)
for its CSP operations.
Handle and supervise
ACRA and Bizfile transactions
for clients.
Manage
Singapore company incorporations
and related registration procedures.
Provide ongoing
corporate secretarial services
to client companies.
Handle changes involving directors, shareholders, company secretaries, registered offices, share capital and other corporate information.
Prepare and lodge
Annual Returns and other statutory filings
with ACRA.
Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, resolutions and other required documentation.
Assist clients with day-to-day
corporate administration and compliance matters

Coordinate and support client matters relating to
bookkeeping, accounting, Corporate Income Tax and GST
where required.
Conduct and supervise
KYC, Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and AML/CFT compliance
in accordance with applicable CSP requirements.
Review and supervise relevant work performed by authorised employees where required.
Communicate directly with clients regarding corporate, administrative and compliance matters.
Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure filings and corporate records are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
Must currently be registered with ACRA as a Registered Qualified Individual (RQI).
Relevant experience in a Singapore
Corporate Service Provider (CSP), corporate secretarial firm, accounting firm or professional services firm
.
Strong practical knowledge of
ACRA, Bizfile and Singapore corporate compliance requirements
.
Hands-on experience in
company incorporation and corporate secretarial work
.
Good understanding of
KYC, CDD and AML/CFT requirements
applicable to CSPs.
Experience in accounting, Corporate Income Tax or GST matters would be an advantage.
Strong communication and client-service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client companies and statutory deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
