We are a government-supported Anchor Operator preschool in Singapore committed to providing accessible, affordable and quality early childhood education.

The Role

You will lead our curriculum, programmes and quality framework across all centres. You will ensure our teaching and learning stays aligned with national learning and development frameworks.

The individual drives the strategic pedagogical direction across all centres, ensuring educators are high-performing and meticulously supported to deliver quality early childhood education. The incumbent ensures that every centre continuously meets and surpasses the regulatory, licensing, and accreditation standards mandated by the regulatory body of the preschool sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the curriculum framework for ages 0 to 6, aligned with NEL and EYDF national frameworks and regulatory requirements

• Drive quality assurance and support centres in achieving and sustaining SPARK certification

• Oversee inclusion and child development support across centres, including early intervention for children with mild developmental needs.

• Build educator capability through professional development and mentoring

• Lead national accreditation and award efforts

• Advance our thought leadership through sector events and learning initiatives

• Plan and manage budgets for programmes, training and quality

Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction or a related field

• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the early childhood sector, including curriculum development and quality assurance

• Experience in child development and inclusive practice, including supporting children with developmental needs

• Experience in curriculum development including bilingual education

• Strong collaborative leadership and analytical skills
