A well-established international law firm are looking for a Corporate Real Estate lawyer to join their Tier 1 team. They have a wide range of clients, such as REITs, developers and private equity funds. You will work on complex internaitional trasactions including acquisitions/divestments of properties (including data centres and purpose built factories and warehouses), built to suit projects, and agreements to develop and lease. The exposure in this role is unparalled in the market for this practice area.

Requirements:

• SG qualified, 2-6 PQE
• You have experience with Corporate Real Estate (rather than just retail conveyancing), across a range of matters such as acquisitions, leasing and advising on land rights issues.
• Having excellent academic results will be advantageous.
• You are driven and a team player with excellent communication skills.
