Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Sales Engineer role based in Puchong. The Project Sales Engineer will identify and develop new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and manage sales activities for engineering and turnkey projects. The role involves engaging with clients to understand technical and commercial requirements, providing suitable solutions, and coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure project feasibility and successful delivery. Day-to-day tasks include conducting site visits, preparing quotations, following up on leads, managing project-related documentation, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Project Sales Engineer will also monitor market trends, support after-sales service where needed, and contribute to meeting sales targets and overall business growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Project Sales and Sales to drive business development and manage complex project opportunities.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, understand client needs, and provide responsive support.
• Candidates should possess Sales Management capabilities to plan, track, and achieve sales targets while maintaining accurate records and reports.
• Relevant engineering or technical background (e.g., diploma or degree in engineering or related field) is beneficial for understanding project requirements and solutions.
• Ability to work on-site in Puchong, travel to client locations as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with basic office and CRM software are advantageous.
• Experience in industrial solutions, medical device, or manufacturing-related industries is an added advantage.
