Hiring in Kuala Lumpur | Senior Cloud Engineers & Cloud Solutions Architect

We’re hiring for three enterprise cloud roles in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The two L3 engineering roles focus on production troubleshooting and automation, each on its own platform. The architect role covers customer-facing solution design across both AWS and Azure.

1. Senior AWS Cloud Engineer (L3)

Own complex AWS production escalations, lead root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes across enterprise customer environments.

• At least 6 years of hands-on AWS experience.
• Experience with AWS Organizations, landing zones, cross-account IAM, and multi-account governance.
• Strong troubleshooting across AWS networking and infrastructure, with experience automating operations using Terraform or CloudFormation and scripting.

2. Senior Azure Cloud Engineer (L3)

Own complex Azure production escalations, resolve infrastructure and hybrid connectivity issues, and improve reliability through automation.

• At least 6 years of hands-on Azure experience.
• Experience with Azure subscriptions, Management Groups, Azure Policy, and RBAC.
• Strong Azure networking and identity troubleshooting, with experience using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates and scripting.

3. Cloud Solutions Architect (AWS & Azure)

Lead customer workshops and own enterprise cloud design from requirements and presales through implementation planning and handover to managed services.

• Typically 8–12+ years in IT, with substantial enterprise cloud architecture experience.
• Practical design and delivery experience across both AWS and Azure, including landing zones, governance, networking, security, and resilience.
• Experience producing high-level and low-level designs and defining how the solution will be monitored, supported, and handed over to operations.
