We’re hiring a Full Stack Engineer for a global technology company in Singapore.

You’ll join an infrastructure automation team that builds internal tools and workflows for other engineering teams. The work spans robotics and warehouse operations, global network deployment, and data centre supply chain, including projects that automate how optical networks are delivered end to end. You’ll own projects from problem to production, in a team where everyone codes in Python and engineering quality is taken seriously.

This is on an initial 8-month contract based in Singapore.

What you'll do:

• Work with the team to understand business problems and design automation solutions
• Build full-stack applications that integrate existing internal tools and bring their data together
• Own projects and features end to end, working independently with guidance when needed
• Write clean, scalable code and improve performance through code reviews, testing, and monitoring
• Make sound architecture and database choices for high-scale, complex systems
• Work with internal teams across networking and infrastructure, plus colleagues in the US and EMEA
• Deliver within the sprint and stay open to a wide variety of projects

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of software development, with strong backend experience in an object-oriented language (Python preferred; Java, Go, Kotlin, C#, or C++ also welcome)
• Hands-on product development experience (not maintenance), ideally at a Big Tech company, bank, or consultancy
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and system design; comfortable with live coding
• Proficiency with HTTP and RESTful APIs, and experience shipping reliable, high-quality production work
• Frontend exposure (React or Next.js, TypeScript a plus)
• Clear communicator, comfortable with stakeholders and good at documentation
• A plus: robotics or automation software, GraphQL, Redis, relational databases, or analytics tracking (GA, GTM)
