Job Summary
Coordinate all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works with architects, consultants, owners, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Responsibilities
Coordinate M&E works with architects, consultants, owners, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of assigned projects
Use AutoCAD or ArchiCAD to check and coordinate M&E services for accuracy and compliance with project requirements
Communicate effectively with project teams at all levels to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues promptly
Required competencies and certifications
Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, specialist in M&E Coordination, MEP, or equivalent
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Experience in private residential projects, landed houses, or additions and alterations works, willing to learn.
