JOB TASK

• Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and social media.
• Manage daily incoming leads from marketing campaigns.
• Convert potential leads into confirmed bookings.
• Follow up with new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
• Promote treatments, packages and ongoing promotions.
• Recommend suitable treatments based on customer needs, subject to consultation.
• Manage customer appointments and booking confirmations.
• Re-engage inactive customers to encourage repeat bookings.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Monitor daily leads, sales performance and conversion rates.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with Beauty Consultants and the Operations Team.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Telesales, Sales or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the beauty, aesthetic, wellness or skincare industry is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia; English is an advantage.
• Confident in handling WhatsApp enquiries, customer follow-ups and sales conversations.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, responsible and target-oriented.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Able to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to learn about beauty and wellness treatments.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential are encouraged to apply
