COMMERCIAL HEAD

JOB SCOPE

Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with the company's objectives, including market analysis, identification of new business opportunities, pricing strategies and sales plans.

Manage sales and marketing activities to achieve sales targets and business objectives, including sales planning, sales forecasting and budget management.

Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with customers, suppliers and other relevant parties, ensuring compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and protecting the company's interests.

Build and maintain business relationships with key customers, suppliers and business partners to support business growth and resolve commercial issues.

Monitor and analyse market trends, industry developments and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and support commercial decision-making.

Manage the commercial department's budget and monitor financial performance to achieve business targets and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.

Lead, supervise and develop the commercial team to ensure effective performance, achievement of targets and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Minimum 10 years of working experience in a related field.
