Tanggungjawab
- Assign daily work and manage manpower utilization.
- Assisting existing supervisor in planning and monitoring of manpower.
- Reports to Engineers regarding manpower effective
- Ensure continuous and safe operation of all electrical systems, equipment, utilities, and production machinery.
- Maintain compliance with electrical safety regulations, company standards, EIPA requirements, and statutory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, chargemen, and contractors.
- Monitor maintenance effectiveness and minimize equipment downtime.
- Develop team competency through coaching, training, and performance monitoring.
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
