About the role

We are looking for a creative and motivated Content Creation Officer to create engaging TikTok videos that showcase our products and drive sales through TikTok Shop's yellow basket. You will work closely with the Marketing, Brand, and Live Host teams to develop creative content, explore TikTok trends, and identify winning video styles that generate product clicks and sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and create engaging TikTok videos to promote products and drive sales.
  • Develop creative ideas, video hooks, scripts, captions, and calls to action.
  • Film and edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Live Host teams on content planning and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on TikTok trends, viral content, and popular video formats.
  • Review video performance and identify winning content strategies to improve clicks, conversions, and GMV.
  • Create different content angles to highlight product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Test different hooks, video styles, and storytelling approaches to improve audience engagement.
  • Organise video files and maintain a library of successful content ideas for future use.
  • Ensure videos are delivered on schedule and follow brand guidelines.
  • Host TikTok LIVE sessions for a minimum of 2 hours daily to showcase products, engage viewers, and support sales.

About you

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in content creation or video editing. Freelance experience is welcome.
  • Familiar with TikTok trends and short-form video content.
  • Basic video editing skills using CapCut or similar software.
  • Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work well with a team and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with TikTok Shop or e-commerce content is an advantage.
  • Comfortable appearing on camera is preferred but not mandatory.
